Our office is located right in Nariman Point, specifically in Dalamal Towers on the fifth floor. Being at 211 FPJ Marg means we're in the middle of a lot of noise and movement, which is just part of being in this part of Mumbai. Hiranandani Urban Parks handles a variety of urban development tasks. We spend most of our time looking at plans or sitting in meetings. It’s a busy spot, and the office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and phones ringing. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and deal with the challenges of city planning and development as they come up. It's a lot of logistics. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so we have to plan our meetings carefully. The view outside is mostly other tall buildings, but it feels like the right place for what we do. We keep things pretty simple inside the office. It's not a flashy place, just a workspace where we get things sorted out. There’s always some project or another on the table that needs attention. We just focus on getting through the workload and making sure the details are right.
