Hiranandani Group Of Cos. has its office at B 406, Shiv Shakti Apartment on Chincholibunder Road in Malad (W), Mumbai 400 064. We are up on the fourth floor of the building. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and other residential buildings around us. Working from an apartment means the space is divided into a few rooms where we have our desks and storage for all our documents. Chincholibunder Road is one of those places where there’s always something happening, so it’s never really quiet outside. We’ve been based here for a while and the staff knows the local tea stalls and shops pretty well. We don't have a big receptionist area or corporate branding all over the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We handle the group's various needs, mostly focusing on the administrative side of things. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries or if everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. It’s a very human way of working, with the sounds of the neighborhood filtering in through the windows. We prefer this over a sterile office building. It feels more connected to the city. We keep things simple and just focus on getting through our to-do lists. It’s a practical setup for us here in Malad, and it works for what we do.
