You can find us over at Mahadik Chawl, specifically in the Kaju Tekdi area of Mangatram, Bhandup West. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but it’s where we’ve set up our branch. Being in a chawl area means it's very local and tight-knit, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We are Hiranandani Developers Pvt Ltd., but this specific spot is more of a field office for us to manage local tasks. There is always noise from the neighbors and kids playing outside, which makes it feel alive even on slow days. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby to greet people. It’s just a room where we keep our tools, maps, and site records for the projects nearby. Most of the guys working here are from around the area, so they know all the shortcuts and the local people. We deal with the realities of building in Mumbai every day, from the narrow lanes to the intense heat. Our desks are usually covered in a bit of dust from the nearby worksites, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We spend more time out on the sites than sitting in the office anyway. It’s a humble setup, but it serves its purpose for the projects we are handling in Bhandup. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk.
