Our office is located at 101-Avas Residency, right across from Anjuman Allana High School on C.S.T Road in Kurla West. If you know Mumbai, you know Kurla is always moving and never really sleeps. The traffic on C.S.T Road is pretty constant, so there is always a backdrop of horns and engines while we work. We deal with property development here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, looking at blueprints, and talking to contractors on the phone for hours. The school across the way means it gets really busy and loud when the kids are heading home, so we usually time our tea breaks around that. The office itself is okay, just a standard room with some chairs and filing cabinets that we've had for a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decorations or expensive rugs. We just need a place to organize the projects and keep the files safe. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road outside a bit difficult with all the puddles, but we manage. People stop by quite often because we are right there on the main stretch. We’ve got a small group working here at Hiranandani Developers Pvt Ltd, and we all know our roles well. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a steady pace of work every day. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and try to keep everything on schedule as much as we can.
