We are based out of H-2/13 B Wing in Mahindra Nagar, which is over in Malad East. Mumbai is always crowded, and this area is no different from the rest. Our office for Hiranandani Developers Pvt Lt is tucked away in the wing here. It’s not a massive showroom or anything, just where we handle the day-to-day paperwork for the buildings and projects we are involved with around the city. You have to navigate through the residential blocks to find us, but we've been here long enough that most people know the way. We get a lot of people coming in to ask about flats or to drop off various documents. The fan in the corner hums all day, and there's usually a stack of files on every desk that we are working through. We don't have those sleek glass walls you see in movies or big skyscrapers. It’s a practical space for real work. Working in Malad means dealing with the local trains and the busy streets every single morning. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks nearby. Most of the staff has been together for years and we know how everyone likes their coffee. We just take things as they come, solving problems with construction or tenants as they pop up throughout the week. It keeps us quite busy.
