Hiral Travels

Hiral Travels is located in Santacruz West, right near the Masjid. It is a very lively part of the neighborhood with a lot of people walking by at all hours. Our shop is not very large, but it is in a spot where everyone can see it. We have been here for quite a while now and have become a bit of a fixture on this street. The office itself is quite simple. We have a counter where people can come and talk to us, and a few chairs if they need to wait. There are always maps and travel schedules pinned up on the walls, mostly to help us keep track of things. We do not use any high-end technology or fancy displays. It is mostly just us, our phones, and some notebooks. The noise from the street is always there, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We do not have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just a small team of us handling the bookings and answering questions. People usually drop in while they are out doing their errands or after visiting the Masjid. We like being accessible to the local community. It is a very practical, no-frills kind of setup. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and help whoever walks through the door. It is an honest way to make a living and we have stuck with it for years.
