Hiral Housing

Hiral Housing is located at number 5, Satnam Apartment, which is on Mathuradas Road in Kandivali West. If you are trying to find us, just look for the Asian Bakery because we are right behind it. That bakery usually smells really good in the mornings, which is a nice way to start our workday. Our office is basically a ground floor apartment that we have converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we actually quite like. Kandivali West is always crowded, and the traffic on Mathuradas Road can be a real headache, but being here puts us right in the heart of the community. We have people dropping in all the time, often because they were already at the bakery or just walking through the neighborhood. Inside, we have our files and a couple of computers, nothing too modern or flashy. We spend our time talking to the locals and keeping track of who is moving where in the apartments nearby. It can get a bit cramped when more than three people are in the office at once, but we make it work. It is a very local operation and we know most of the people who live in Satnam Apartment and the surrounding buildings. We focus on what’s right here in front of us, dealing with the daily realities of housing in this busy part of Mumbai.
