Hilton Towers Mumbai

We've been here at the North Wing of Nariman Point for a good while now. Mumbai 12 is a busy part of town and we are right in the middle of it. People come through our lobby all day long and it never really gets quiet. It is not just a big building to us; it is where we spend our whole day working. Some of us have been on the staff since way back, even before some of the name changes happened. From our windows, you can see the ocean on one side and all that crazy city traffic on the other. It gets pretty loud outside with the cars and people, but inside we just try to keep everything moving along. We do not really go for those fancy corporate speeches you might expect. We just have a lot of rooms to look after and floors that need sweeping every hour. The elevators sometimes take a minute when the place is packed with guests. Most people coming here are just looking for a decent place to rest after a long flight or a stressful meeting downtown. We are situated right there by the water, which is nice in the evenings. It takes a lot of hard work to keep a place this size running day in and day out. We have the cafe and the big halls to manage too. Sometimes it feels like a small city inside a larger one. We know the shortcuts around the back lanes if you need to find a snack late at night.
