Hill Estate

Hill Estate is tucked away in Office No-502-A of the Niranjan Building, right near Marine Drive. It’s a nice area to walk around when we get a break, though the office itself is mostly just files and computers. We’ve been here for a while, helping folks find a place to live or work in this part of town. Real estate around Marine Drive can be pretty intense because everyone wants to be near the water, but we try to keep things grounded. We aren't some big agency with a glossy storefront. It’s just a few of us who know the local buildings and the people who own them. We spend a lot of time on the phone, chasing leads and checking if a flat is actually available or if the owner changed their mind again. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, dealing with all the paperwork and the keys that never seem to fit the locks on the first try. We don't try to sugarcoat things; if a building is old and the plumbing is shaky, we’ll let you know. We’d rather have a happy tenant than a quick deal that turns sour.
