Our small office is tucked away in Ashapura Park, right across from the Buddha Mandir in Sector 19. If you know Airoli, you know it's a quiet enough area compared to the rest of the busy city. We've got a view of the temple from some of the windows, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. It's mostly just desks and computers in here. We spend our days looking at paperwork and talking to people about their jobs and benefits. It’s the kind of work that takes a lot of focus, so it stays pretty quiet most mornings until the phones start picking up after lunch. We aren't a big flashy company with a grand lobby or anything like that. Just a simple door with our name on it in room A-202. Most of the staff live nearby in Navi Mumbai, so we don't have to deal with the long train rides every day. We usually get lunch at the little food stalls down the street or bring tiffins from home. It’s been a few years since we set up here. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow or doesn't work at all, so we just take the stairs. It’s just regular people working here, trying to keep things organized. We don't have a big story to tell. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. It works for us and we keep things simple and practical for everyone.
