Hetal Food Products

Hetal Food Products is based at No.57 in the Mahalaxi Sar Building on P B Marg. We are right in Worli, directly across from the Doordarshan and Mahindra Tower. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people rushing around outside. Inside our space, we are busy making and packing food products. It’s a compact setup because space in Worli is hard to come by. We have to be very organized to make sure everything fits and the workflow makes sense. The smell of spices and cooked grains usually fills the hallway. We aren't a big factory with thousands of employees. We are just a local team making sure the food is fresh and the jars are filled correctly. We don't have a lot of time for polished meetings or long emails. Most of our communication is just shouting across the room or quick notes on a whiteboard. We’ve been in the Mahalaxi Sar Building for a good while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. Despite all the big towers coming up around us, we just keep doing what we’ve always done. We focus on the quality of the ingredients we get from the market and making sure our regulars are satisfied. It’s hard work, especially with the Mumbai humidity, but we like what we do. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running through the afternoon.
