Hertz

Hertz is located at 307, Mayfair Gardens in Andheri West, Mumbai. It’s a pretty well-known building in the area, but our office itself is nothing special. It’s just room 307 on the third floor. We don’t have any big flashy signs or a showroom for cars. Most of the actual vehicles are kept at different locations, so this is just where we handle the paperwork and the bookings. The office has a very practical feel to it. We have a few desks, a couple of computers, and some old cabinets for keeping keys and files. It’s often a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Andheri West is always busy, so there is a lot of noise coming in from the street, but we don't mind it much. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We just talk to the customers, sort out the rental agreements, and handle any problems that come up. Some days are long, especially when the traffic is bad and everyone is in a hurry. We don’t use any marketing talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just provide a service and try to be as helpful as we can in a straightforward way. It’s just a normal workplace where we get through our daily list of things to do.
