Helios India

Helios India is situated in Goregaon East on S V Road. We are in the L R Plaza building, specifically D3 on Film City Road. It’s a pretty well-known area because of all the film stuff nearby, but our office is just a regular place for travel work. We spend most of our time here coordinating different trips across India. The office in L R Plaza is where we do all the administrative stuff. It’s not a very big room, and it usually smells like the coffee we make in the corner. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and lots of calendars pinned up so we don't lose track of the days. S V Road is always packed with cars, so it can be quite a journey just to get to the office in the morning. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they work nearby or someone they know told them about us. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just take the bookings, confirm the hotels, and make sure the transport is ready. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a flight is canceled, but we just pick up the phone and start calling.
