Heart Holidays

Our little office is located in the Avon Arcade on Jayamahal Road, right in the heart of Vile Parle West. It’s a busy area with a lot of people walking by all the time. We spend our days sitting at our desks, staring at computer screens and talking to people about where they want to go for their next break. Whether it’s a quick trip nearby or something further away, we handle the bookings and the tickets. The walls have a few posters of different places, but mostly it’s just us and our phones. We get a lot of walk-ins from the arcade, people just curious about prices or looking to fix a mistake they made on an online booking. It’s not always easy because flights get cancelled and plans change at the last minute, so we end up spending a lot of time on hold with airlines. We don’t pretend to be some giant travel corporation. We are just a local spot where you can come in and sit down to talk about your travel plans. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow right when we are trying to issue a ticket, which can be frustrating. We’ve been in Vile Parle West for a bit now and know many of the regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask for advice on a visa.
