Hbjs Developers Private Limited is located on the 20---2Nd Floorpindi Tyre House , V.S. Marg. It’s a bit of a funny place for an office, being right above a tyre shop, but it works for us and the location is good. You can usually hear the sound of the traffic on V.S. Marg and the occasional noise from downstairs when they are changing tyres, but you get used to it after a week or two. The stairs up to the 20---2Nd Floorpindi Tyre House are a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time coming up to see us. Our office space is basic, with just enough room for our desks and a small area to meet people. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello when someone walks in. Being at the tyre house makes it very easy to give directions over the phone. We spend our days going through developer plans and making sure all the paperwork for Hbjs Developers is in order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We mostly drink tea from the vendor across the street and try to keep the place organized, though the files seem to grow on their own. We’ve been on V.S. Marg for some time now and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. It’s a good community to be part of.
