Havmor Ice Cream Parlour

Our little shop is tucked away on Revabhai Estate Road, right near Church Gate. It’s been here for a while now. The area stays busy with people working in the offices nearby and the local traffic moving through. We mostly deal with the regular crowd who stops in for a quick break from the heat. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have the standard Havmor freezers lined up against the wall. Most days it’s just me and one other guy handling the scoops and the billing. It can get a bit loud outside with the cars, but inside it stays cool enough. We keep the stock updated as much as the delivery truck allows. Sometimes we run out of the chocolate cones faster than we’d like, so we have to tell people to pick something else. The door sticks a little if you don't pull it hard. We’ve got a couple of small tables, but they usually fill up fast in the afternoons. It’s not a place for a big party, just somewhere to get your ice cream and maybe sit for five minutes before moving on. We try to keep the place tidy, though the bins fill up quick with all the wrappers. People seem to know where we are even though the sign is getting a bit faded. It’s just a straightforward spot for anyone around Church Gate who wants a cold treat on a hot afternoon. I usually sweep the front area every morning before opening the shutters.
