We have been here in Indra Nagar for quite a while now. Most people around Kalina know where our office is, right near the corner in Santacruz East. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on with the cables and the internet lines around this part of Mumbai. We spend most of our days looking at screens or heading out to check on connections when they act up. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and a lot of wires. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy for the outdoor work, but we just deal with it as it comes. People drop by to ask about their bills or why their signal is cutting out. We try to keep track of everyone’s accounts without making it too complicated. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to that. Being in Mumbai means there is always a rush. We handle the data stuff and the TV channels for the local houses. There are a few of us working here daily. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just some chairs and the usual paperwork. It is just a local branch where we manage the technical side of things for the neighborhood. Sometimes we are running behind on service calls, but we get to the tickets eventually. That is just how it goes in a place like this. We usually have tea around four while we plan the next day.
