HARWANSH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office is up on the ninth floor of Kamla Habitat, specifically B901. It’s part of the Avdhot CHS in Sunder Nagar. Kalina is a busy area in Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside. From up here, you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood. We focus on construction projects around the city. The office has a lot of sunlight in the afternoons, which is nice but sometimes it gets a bit warm. We have desks piled with drawings and site reports. Harwansh Constructions is basically a small team of us who have been in this line of work for several years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors and suppliers. Lunch is usually ordered from one of the local spots nearby, and we eat while talking about the next phase of whatever we are building. It’s not the most organized place in the world, as there are always samples of tiles or bricks lying around the corners. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early. Working in construction means things change every day, and we just try to keep up with the schedules. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork. We like being in Kalina because it's central and easy for us to reach different sites across Mumbai. We just try to keep our heads down and work.
