Harshali Ice Cream Parlour

You can find Harshali Ice Cream Parlour on the 1st Floor of Star Mall. We are right on N C Kelkar Marg in Dadar West. It’s a very busy area. We are close to Plaza Cinema, so a lot of people come by after a movie. The mall is always full of people, especially on weekends. Our spot is just a regular shop. We don’t have much space, just enough for the counter and a few people to stand. Dadar West is always moving. N C Kelkar Marg is one of those streets that never seems to sleep. Being on the 1st floor means we see everyone coming up the stairs. The mall has its own noise, but we are used to it by now. Harshali Ice Cream Parlour isn’t a huge place. We keep it as clean as we can. Sometimes the mall air conditioning is too cold, other times it's not enough. We just deal with it. It’s a good location because of Plaza Cinema. People know the landmark. We’ve been in Star Mall for a while. It’s a lot of work keeping things going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us serving people who walk in. Dadar is a tough place to run a business, but we like it here. It feels real. The rent is high but the crowd is good. We spend most of our day behind the counter. It's just a normal job for us at Star Mall.
