Harsh Tours & Travels is located at 33 in Borivali West. It’s a small, straightforward office that we’ve been running for many years. Borivali West is a very busy part of the city, and our spot at number 33 is right in the middle of all the noise and activity. We have a simple setup with a couple of desks and some chairs for people who come to visit us. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we don't mind. We spend our days at Harsh Tours & Travels answering the phone and helping people with their travel plans. We handle everything from local bookings to trips further away. We don't use any marketing speak or corporate slogans here. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. The walls of our office are covered with old calendars and maps that we’ve collected over time. It gives the place a lived-in feel. We like being in Borivali West because there’s always something happening right outside the door. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to number 33 for years. They know they can just walk in and we will be there at our desks. We drink a lot of tea and keep the fans going to stay cool. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We stay until the evening when the shops around us start to close up for the night.
