Harrow World

We are located on the ground floor of Kulguru Krupa Society, right on Durga Cross Road in the Tilak Nagar and Sonapur area of Mahim. The office is at number 10. Being on the ground floor is very convenient because people can just walk in straight from the street while they are out running errands. Harrow World has been in this particular spot for a good while now. It is a real neighborhood place. The office is not very large, so we have to stack our files and boxes carefully to make enough room for everyone to sit. We deal with a lot of international paperwork, like visas and overseas travel documents. It can be a real headache because the rules seem to change every other week. We spend a lot of time on government websites trying to figure out the newest forms. We don't have fancy office furniture or an expensive coffee machine. We just have an old kettle and some basic tea bags in the corner. Most of our day is spent double-checking documents to make sure names are spelled correctly on the tickets. If there is a small mistake, it causes a huge problem later on, so we try to be very careful with the details. Mahim is a lively and noisy place to work. There is always sound coming from the street. We like it that way because it feels like real life. It keeps us on our toes.
