Hari Om Rent A Car

Our place is in BDD Chawl Number 29, specifically Room 56. It’s right in the Worli Centre Point area. If you’re familiar with the Telephone Exchange, we are just near there. It’s a bit of an old-school building, the kind where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been operating out of this room for a while now. Dealing with cars in Worli can be a bit of a headache with the parking and the narrow lanes, but we make it work. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We don’t have a big showroom or a shiny reception area. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping off keys. It gets a bit cramped in the office sometimes, especially when the weather is bad and everyone stays inside. But the location is good because it’s central. People from the offices nearby and the residents around the chawl know where to find us. We don't spend money on big posters. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about the cars. We keep the paperwork on a wooden desk that’s seen better days. It’s a simple life here in the chawl. We try to keep the cars ready and the customers happy, nothing more to it. Worli is always moving, and we just try to keep up with the pace. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do day in and day out. We just keep our keys organized and wait for the next call.
