Our office is over in Borivali East on Carter Road Number 5, specifically at number 4. Even though our name has a dot com in it, we are a real place where you can actually walk in and talk to us face to face. It is a bit of a small space but we make it work for everything we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the computers checking schedules and trying to find the right dates for people who want to travel. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and people moving about, but inside it is mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We keep some old maps on the wall that probably should be updated one of these days. My brother and I run things mostly, and we have lived in this part of the city all our lives. We do not have any big speeches about what we do, we just help folks get their travel papers and tickets in order so they do not have to worry about it themselves. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes. People stop by to ask questions or just to see what the prices are like this month. We are not trying to be some huge company, just a local spot on Carter Road where people know our names and we know theirs.
