Our office is tucked away in the Govind Complex, right there in Kalyan East. Most people find us because we are just below Tisai Hospital at Tees Gaon Naka. It is a busy area, especially with the Pune Link Road traffic outside. We have been running Happy Journey from this spot in the New Ganga Tirth society for a good bit of time. It is not a flashy place, just a room with some computers and maps on the wall. We spend our time looking at schedules and trying to make sense of bus timings or train availability for anyone who walks in. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually have the curtains drawn while we work. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask about trips or just to check prices for the holidays. We do not have a big reception desk or anything, just a few chairs for you to sit while we look things up. It gets a bit noisy when the hospital across the way is busy, but we are used to it. Working in Thane means you see a lot of people heading out for the weekend. We try to keep things simple here. No fancy talk, just honest help with getting from point A to point B. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we always manage to get the tickets printed out eventually. It is just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
