Hamazaa Travel Service

We have been running Hamazaa Travel Service for a while now from our spot at 46/A on Memonwada Road. If you know the area, we are right near Chunab Masjid in Bunder West. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially on Fridays. People come in to ask about train tickets or flights. We sit in the office and try to figure out the best routes for them. It’s a small place, mostly filled with papers and a couple of computers that sometimes run slow. We don't do anything fancy. Most of the time, we are just talking to people who want to visit family back home or maybe go on a small holiday. The office is on the 21st Main. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite a lot, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we knew how to get things done with the travel portals and bookings. It’s not a big corporate setup. Just us helping out whoever walks through the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking schedules on the screen. Usually, someone is dropping by for tea and a chat about their upcoming journey. We keep track of everything in old ledgers and on the PC. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve stayed in this same spot because everyone around here knows where to find us.
