Hallur Construction Private Limited

We’re located at A-201 in the Ramniketan housing society. It’s on the second floor, right on Sahar Road in Koldongri, Andheri East. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes overhead all day long. It’s a regular residential building, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate space. We’ve been doing construction work from here for quite a few years now. Most of our day isn't spent sitting behind a desk, though. We’re usually out at various sites, checking on how the work is progressing. Construction in a city like Mumbai is never straightforward. There are always issues with space or getting the right permissions. We just try to handle it as it comes. Our office is filled with stacks of files and rolls of drawings that we’ve collected over time. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our work or someone they know told them about us. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure we have enough sand and cement on site. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the accounts or plan for the next week. It’s not an easy job, especially when the weather is bad, but we’ve been at it long enough to know how to manage. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar until the project is done.
