Our office is in Flat No 29/B at Sea Palace. Juhu is always a bit noisy with all the tourists and the beach nearby. We are right next to the Sea Princess Hotel which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Most days at H H Travel are spent looking at maps and talking to our drivers about the heavy Mumbai traffic. It isn't an easy city to get around in but we do our part to help. We have a few desks and a couple of computers to keep track of the daily bookings. Sometimes people come in with a lot of luggage and we have to figure out which vehicle fits them best. The air is always a bit salty from the sea being so close. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical place where the work gets done. My staff stays busy on the phones mostly. We handle trips for families and some business people who need to get to the airport or other parts of the city. We try to be honest about how long it will take to reach a destination. If the traffic is bad on the main road we say so. It’s better that way for everyone. We've been in this Juhu spot for a good while and people around here know us. We just keep our heads down and handle the travel stuff as it comes in.
