Gurukripa Hall

Gurukripa Hall is located inside the Vasant Vihar Commercial Complex on Dr C G Road in Chembur East. We are right next to the old Basant Cinema, which most people in this area know quite well. The hall has been here for years and has seen all kinds of gatherings, from small family birthdays to community meetings. It’s a simple space, nothing too elaborate, but it serves its purpose for the people who live around here. We have a small office near the entrance where we handle the bookings. The building itself is a bit older, so it has that classic Chembur feel to it. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they saw the sign or they’ve been here before for someone else's function. Managing the hall takes up most of our time, between coordinating the cleaning and making sure the lights and fans are working. It’s a lot of physical work, moving chairs around and making sure the space is ready for whoever is using it next. Sometimes the commercial complex gets a bit crowded on weekends, but that’s expected in such a central location. We just try to keep the place running smoothly so folks have a spot to get together. It’s a local business run by local people who have been in Chembur for a long time and know the building well.
