Gupta Tour & Travels

Gupta Tour & Travels is run out of Gupta Nivas, which is in Sanjay Nagar, Marol. We are in Andheri East, right across from Mukund Hospital. It’s a very easy spot to find if you are in the neighborhood. I’ve lived and worked in this building for a long time. It’s a family-run thing. We don’t have a fancy storefront with big posters. It is mostly just an office where we take calls and arrange trips for people. The street outside is always full of cars and people because of the hospital. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking nearby. We have been helping people with their travel plans for years now. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking schedules. My desk is usually covered in notes and scraps of paper. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Sanjay Nagar is a busy area, but Gupta Nivas is our home base. We know most of the people around here. It feels good to be a local business. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems. We just do things the old-fashioned way. If you need a trip planned, you just come by and we sit down and talk. It’s very informal. We just want to help people get where they need to go. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Andheri. I usually have a cup of chai ready for anyone who stops by to discuss their journey.
