Gundecha Happy Home Builders LLP is over on Nagindas Master Road. You can find us in Gundecha Chambers on the 5th floor, specifically in room 501. It’s right in the middle of everything in Mumbai. The street down there is always packed with people and cars, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a struggle if you're running late. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s got that old-school Mumbai office feel to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work of building houses. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and looking over blueprints. Some days are just filled with paperwork and drinking tea while we wait for news from the sites. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have the windows open when the breeze is right. We know the neighborhood well and we’ve seen how much the city has grown. We just want to make sure the homes we build are decent places for people to stay. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to scramble to fix them, but that's just the nature of this business. We are just local guys trying to keep things moving forward in the city.
