We've been at Huma Mall for a while now. Kanjur Marg West is a busy spot. It’s mostly just us working on site stuff and infrastructure. We don't have a big office with fancy lights or anything. Just a few desks and a lot of paperwork. Mumbai is crowded, and L.B.S. Marg is always full of traffic. We get here early to avoid the worst of it. Sometimes the mall is quiet, sometimes it's packed. We handle local projects. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We've seen the city change quite a bit from our corner here. People come in and out of the mall all day. We try to stay focused on the blueprints. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. It isn't glamorous. We just do the job. The 400078 area is growing fast. We see new buildings going up everywhere. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the streets well. We don't spend much on ads. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the office. It works for us. We keep things simple and just focus on the next task on the list. Usually, that means making sure the logistics for the next site are ready to go. We're just a regular business trying to keep things moving in the city. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just do what we are supposed to do.
