Our place is located in Ghatkopar East, right on the 4th Kumbharwada Lane at number 5. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this small office for quite a while now. It’s not a huge or impressive space, but it’s where we get all the flight bookings and itineraries sorted out for folks. We spend a lot of our time on the computer looking at different flights and train schedules. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow and we have to wait around, but that’s just part of the daily routine. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here, trying to make sure people get where they need to go. Kumbharwada Lane can get pretty busy and cramped, especially in the afternoons when the shops are full. We see a lot of families coming in to plan their yearly holidays. We don't do anything too fancy or high-tech, just book the tickets and handle the necessary paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when flight times change at the last minute, but we just deal with it one step at a time. The office has a few posters of different holiday spots on the walls, mostly to cover up the marks and peeling paint. We’ve lived and worked in Ghatkopar for a long time, so we know most of the people around here. We just try to be helpful and honest about what is actually available.
