We are over at B/207 in the Kashi-Kunj CHS, which is on Karve Road in Dombivli West. It’s a typical housing society office, nothing too grand about it. The pincode here is 421202, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. Our office is a place where we sit and plan holidays for people who want to get away for a bit. There are some old travel brochures on the table and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Karve Road is usually busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our window. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. We don’t wear uniforms or have big meetings about strategy. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to find them a decent place to stay or a good flight. Kashi-Kunj is a friendly building, and we often chat with the other residents near the stairs. It’s a very local feel here. We don’t try to sound like a giant travel company. We are just a small shop in Dombivli trying to make things work. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, and other days the phone won’t stop ringing. We just take it as it comes and do our bit every day.
