We are situated on the third floor of Dheeraj Heritage, Building Number 2A, right on S.V. Road in Santacruz West. Most people know the spot because we are directly opposite the Milan S. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the traffic and the trains nearby. Our office is a typical developer’s workspace. We have a lot of files stacked up and large tables where we can roll out building plans to look at them properly. It’s a bit of a climb or an elevator ride up to the third floor, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We spend our days coordinating between different construction sites and dealing with all the municipal paperwork that comes with being a developer in Mumbai. It is a lot of phone calls and meetings with architects and contractors. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we can get our work done. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with the new flyovers and construction. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from Santacruz. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of managing our projects and making sure things are moving forward as they should. It’s a hectic but interesting way to work.
