Our office is located on the 8th floor of Sharda Chambers, which is on Plot 15 along Vitthaldas Thackarsey Marg. We are right in the heart of things near Marine Lines and Churchgate. It’s a classic part of Mumbai with all those old buildings and the sea nearby. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Grpb Realty Llp is a small team working in the real estate sector. The building is a bit older, so the elevators can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we like the character of the place. Our office is filled with files, maps of South Mumbai, and a couple of old desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to buy or lease space in this part of town. It’s not a glamorous job, despite being in such a famous area. There is a lot of legal stuff to wade through and plenty of meetings with different officials. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just know this neighborhood well and do our best to navigate the property market here. It’s a noisy, busy part of the city, but it’s where we feel at home. We just handle the day-to-day reality of Mumbai real estate from our little corner in Sharda Chambers.
