We are Growwell Network Media Pvt Ltd, located here in Mumbai. It is a busy place to work, but we like it that way. Most of the time, we are just focusing on the day-to-day tasks that come with running a media network. It is not always glamorous, despite what people think about the industry. We spend a lot of time at our desks, talking to people and making sure things are moving along. The office is in a typical Mumbai spot where there is always noise outside. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to do something local. It is just a group of us who have been together for a bit. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or a big reception area. It is mostly just stacks of papers and people on phones. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the traffic makes someone late, but we just get on with it. We handle media stuff because that is what we know. If you come by, you will probably see us mid-conversation about a project. We are not here to give you a sales pitch. We just wanted to put a bit about ourselves out there so people know who is behind the name. It is simple work, really. We just try to stay on top of everything and keep our heads down. Mumbai is a tough place to run a business sometimes, but we are doing okay here at Growwell.
