You can find Growforever Properties LLP over in the Evergreen Industrial Estate which is located on Dr E Moses Road. We are specifically in Block No 1 near Shakti Mill Lane and Jacob Circle. It’s a very industrial part of Mumbai and the energy here is always high with people moving around constantly. Being in Mahalaxmi means we are right in a spot where a lot of things are happening. Our office is a simple space where we manage our property business and deal with the daily tasks that come up. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds but we like being in the thick of it. We don't use any complicated systems or have high-level corporate meetings every day. Usually it is just us talking over a desk about what properties are available and what needs attention next. The industrial estate has a lot of history and you can feel that when you walk through the lanes. We've been in this building for some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s a practical location for what we do because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from Jacob Circle. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and try to keep things as simple as possible without overcomplicating the process. It's a busy life but we enjoy the routine and the people we meet.
