Our office is tucked away in B-104 at Poonam Enclave, which is on Gen A K Vaidya Marg in Malad East. If you know Mumbai, you know how Malad can get during rush hour. Groupm Media India Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We are a group of people who just show up, do the media work, and go home. It’s not a shiny glass tower, just a regular building where people know each other’s names. We spend a lot of time on computers and talking on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deadlines, but we manage. The walk from the station to Poonam Enclave can be a bit long in the sun, so we’re usually glad to get into the shade of the building. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just some old files and calendars. Our day-to-day is about managing media stuff for clients without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got some good local spots nearby for lunch, which helps when things get stressful. It feels like a regular workplace because that’s exactly what it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest, just consistent. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us mid-meeting or catching up on emails. It's just a normal office life here in Mum-97. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here, we just focus on the media buying and planning tasks at hand.
