We are located at B/204 in the Vasundhara 1 building, which is part of the Poonam Sagar Complex on Mira Road East. It’s a busy part of Thane, and there is always something going on outside. Gripsproevents Pvt Ltd. is based out of this second-floor space. It’s not a huge office, but it fits us and all the gear we have to keep around. Moving stuff in and out of the complex can be a bit of a challenge with the stairs and the narrow hallways, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The address is 401107 if you are looking at a map. We spend most of our time coordinating different tasks, talking to vendors, and making sure the schedules are right. The Poonam Sagar area has a lot of shops, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus. On rainy days, the view from the window is mostly just grey clouds and umbrellas down on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all pretty familiar now. It’s a decent place to work from, even if the commute into this part of Thane can be a bit of a grind during the rush hour. We just try to get through the to-do list every day.
