GREEN RACE INFRA LLP

We’re over in Bandra West, tucked into the Dharam Jyot-1 building on St Alexious Road. Our place is on the third floor, Flat 32. It’s right near the Kotak Mahindra Bank, which is the easiest landmark to give people. Green Race Infra LLP is a small outfit. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a converted apartment space where we handle our infra projects. Bandra is a busy place, and parking around here is always a nightmare, so we usually tell people to take an auto. We spend most of our time looking at site reports and trying to coordinate with workers. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. The office gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but it works for us. We aren't about fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit down and get through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony to take a break from the screens. Being in Bandra means there’s always something happening outside, but we try to stay focused on our blueprints and permits. We've been at this for a while and have a rhythm now. It’s not perfect, and things get delayed sometimes, but we just keep pushing forward. It's just a local business trying to make its way in the city.
