Great Eastern Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located in 415-416, Bonanza, 'B' Wing of the Sahar Plaza Complex. We are right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri (East). If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic this road can be. The noise from the traffic and the metro construction is pretty much constant. Our office is a couple of units joined together. It’s mostly filled with desks and a lot of folders. We deal with impex, which means there is always a lot of paperwork regarding shipping and customs. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. We have boxes of documents stacked in corners and the computers are always humming. Being in Sahar Plaza means we are close to the airport, which is handy for the type of work we do. The 'B' wing is usually busy with people coming and going from all the different businesses here. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s about the extent of our amenities. Most of our days are spent on the phone or tracking shipments across the sea. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. It’s a practical office in a very busy part of the city. We just show up and do the work.
