Gracious Travel

Our office is in Goregaon West, specifically at Shop Number 287 in Gracious House. It’s near Antop Hill and right next to the Vijay Sales, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. It’s a busy little place with maps on the wall and piles of folders on every desk. We spend most of the day looking at schedules and trying to find the right routes for people. It gets noisy when the phones start ringing and there are three different people asking about train or flight timings at once. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a local business, so we know a lot of the families around here who come to us every year. Sometimes things go wrong with a booking or a trip gets canceled, and those are the long days where we have to stay late to fix it. We don't have any fancy software that does it all for us; it’s mostly just us clicking through sites and making calls to sort things out. The office could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. We just try to get everyone where they need to go without too much of a fuss. It’s a lot of talking and double-checking names and dates. It keeps us on our toes, and that is just how we like to spend our time here.
