If you head over to Mastermind, 4B/216, in the Royal Palms Estate area of Aarey Colony, Jogeshwari East, you will find our office. It’s a bit of a different world compared to the rest of Mumbai with all the trees and the narrow roads. GRACEUNITED CONSTRUCTION LLP operates from this spot. It’s a busy office, mostly because construction never really stops in this city. We spend a lot of time at our desks in 4B/216, but we are also out and about quite a bit. The estate itself is quite large, so there is always something going on nearby. We have our routines, like getting coffee at the same place every morning before we start looking at the day's tasks. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the regulations in Mumbai, but we just push through it. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. It gets a bit noisy in the building with other businesses around, but we don't mind. We are just a group of people working hard to keep our projects on track. Some days are better than others, and sometimes things get delayed, but that is just part of the construction life in a place like Jogeshwari. We’ve been at Royal Palms for a while now and we’re used to the way things work around here. It’s just a normal job for us, really, and we try to keep it as simple as possible.
