Grace Travels

Grace Travels is tucked away in Andheri West, over in Sector 19/C. It’s a busy little office where we spend most of our day on the phone or typing away at the computer. We handle travel bookings for people who want to go out of town or just need a car for the day. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks, a few old calendars on the wall, and stacks of paper. We started this because we knew the area well and people were always asking how to get from one place to another. Andheri West is a hectic place, so there is never a dull moment. We deal with bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes helping folks figure out a hotel stay. We don't use any fancy booking systems that the big companies use. We just call up our contacts and get things sorted manually. It takes a bit more time, but it feels more reliable that way. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a headache. Clients often drop by just to chat about their plans before they actually put any money down. We don’t mind; it’s part of being a local business. We keep some old magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait. It is a modest operation, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
