Mahesh Housing

Mahesh Housing is located in Dwarka Building No 7, specifically in the A Wing over in Goregaon West. Being right near the BMC office means there is always something going on outside our windows. It is a lively part of Mumbai to be in. We have been here for a good amount of time, focusing on the apartments and housing situations in this specific neighborhood. Most of our work involves answering phone calls and meeting people who want to move into the area. Goregaon has changed a lot, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a regular office with some desks and a lot of files. We know most of the building owners around here by name. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of the BMC office nearby. We don't mind. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, so we spend a lot of our time just sorting through that stuff. If you are walking around the A Wing, you will see us. We are just local people trying to help other people find a roof over their heads. It’s a job that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic work of connecting folks with houses. It can be noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We just do our best to get the paperwork right.
