If you are looking for us, we are over at 5 / A on Dada Pendse Marg. It’s inside the Ramnik Nivas building in Peru Baug, which is a fairly well-known part of Goregaon East. The area is always bustling, and the road can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. Vaishnavi Developers is basically just a small office where we handle all the local work. We have a few chairs and a table where we lay out all the documents. Ramnik Nivas is an older building, but it has a lot of character and we like being here. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is nice. We spend most of our time answering the landline or talking to folks who live nearby in Peru Baug. It isn't a very large space, so things can get a bit tight if more than three people show up at once. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though you can hear the street noise and the birds pretty clearly. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses and families, so it feels like a community. We don't have any flashy brochures or big TV screens in the lobby area. It’s just us, some pens, and a lot of paper. Most days are pretty standard, just checking on things and making sure every record is in order. It’s a decent place to work and we know the Goregaon area like the back of our hands.
