Even though Nariman Point is a famous business district in Mumbai City, our office is quite plain inside. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. It’s where we handle the legal and planning side of our building projects. The view of the city is alright, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Dalamal Towers is an older building, so it has that classic Mumbai office feel to it. There’s a lot of other companies in the building, so the elevators are always full of people in a rush. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge with fancy coffee. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks working. It’s a practical location for being close to the main city offices. We take the train or drive in like everyone else. The pace is fast around FPJ Marg, but inside office 514, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't try to be something we’re not.
