We are located in Shop No 9 at Sakina Manzil on Queen’s Road. It is right opposite the Charni Road Station, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. If you have ever waited for a train there, you have probably passed our shop without even thinking about it. We have been at this spot for a long time. The office is small and usually has papers piled up on the desks. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans and booking tickets. It is a busy area, especially during rush hour when everyone is heading to the station. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us sitting here handling things one by one. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets a bit slow, but we always manage to get the work finished. We know many of the regulars who pass by every day. Charni Road has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that daily life. The shop is simple with some old chairs and maps on the wall. It’s not a polished place, but it’s where we work. If you are catching a train and need to ask about a trip, you can just hop across the street. We are usually here from the morning onwards, just doing our thing in Sakina Manzil.
