Goibibo Com Customer Service

We spend most of our time here in Andheri East, right by the Sussen Tarsali Ring Road. It’s a pretty busy part of town and the traffic outside can get loud, especially during the morning rush. Being at Goibibo Com Customer Service means we’re always on the phone or looking at screens. It isn't a fancy office, just a regular place where we try to sort out whatever travel problems people are having. Some days are more hectic than others. We get a lot of folks coming in or calling about their bookings. The area around here is filled with other businesses too, so there’s always something going on. Sometimes the heat in Andheri East is a bit much, but we have the fans going. It’s just us working through the day, making sure things get done. We’ve been at this address for a while now. If you’re walking down the ring road, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just handle the customer service side of things for the website. It’s a lot of talking and typing, really. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood after a while. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Andheri East isn't too bad, though the Sussen Tarsali Ring Road always has its surprises with the construction and the rickshaws everywhere. We just keep at it every day.
