Our travel shop is at Shop No 7 in Building No 117, located in Sion Koliwada. We are right across the road from the Al Haram Hotel, which is a big help for people trying to find us for the first time. The area around E Masjid Bunder West is always moving, with people everywhere and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up tickets. We have some old posters of different countries on the walls, but they’ve started to curl at the edges. We spend most of our time on the phone or clicking through travel websites to find the right dates for people. It’s not just about selling tickets; it’s about answering a lot of questions about visas and luggage rules. We know most of the people who live around here, and they often stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather in some other city. The shop isn't very large, so if there are more than three people inside, it feels quite full. We don't have any fancy technology or automated systems. It’s just us doing the work manually and making sure everything is booked correctly. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait while we restart the router. It’s a simple, local business where we just try to help folks get their travel sorted out.
